Crockpot Pork Chops

My husband has requested that I make these again. That's a compliment!

8 pork chops (or fewer)
salt & pepper
2 onions, chopped (or dried onion)
2 stalks of celery, chopped (unless you don't have any)
1 green pepper, cut in strips (unless...)
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Mix the sauce ingredients together and pour over the meat and veggies in a crockpot.
Cook on low for six hours.
YUM
